We offer downloadable guides, templates, and recorded seminars tailored to the legal needs of seniors. These digital products deliver expert insights and practical tools.

2.3 Goods

SeniorShield Legal Hub sells printed materials such as handbooks and reference booklets to support legal awareness and document organization.

3. Fees and Payment

All services and products carry a fee. Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer. Fees are due in full at the time of order or prior to the scheduled appointment, as specified in your service confirmation.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms differ by offering type:

4.1 Legal Services

Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment qualify for a 50% refund of the service fee. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to resource commitment. You may transfer your appointment once without penalty if you notify us at least 72 hours before.

4.2 Information Products

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed. After this period or once the material has been accessed, no refund is available due to immediate delivery.

4.3 Goods

Physical items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price minus any shipping charges.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Please allow your bank or provider additional time to post the transaction.

5. Transfers and Rescheduling

You may reschedule legal service appointments once at no extra cost if you provide at least 72 hours notice. For subsequent changes or shorter notice, standard fees apply and no refund is available.
